Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-Day Guarantee

Initial subscription purchases are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee beginning on the original purchase date. To remain eligible for a full refund under this policy, the subscribing customer must have conducted fewer than two (2) AI interviews during that same initial seven-day period. This safeguard is intended to support good-faith product evaluation while preventing material consumption of platform value prior to a refund request.

2. Non-Refundable Items

One-time interview credit top-up packs are consumed-based products and are therefore non-refundable once any portion of the purchased credits has been used. This includes partial use, staged usage, or any activation event that results in consumption from the purchased pack.

3. Termination

Subscription cancellation may be handled through the recruiter dashboard where available or through the Paddle customer portal associated with the purchase. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal billing but does not automatically create refund eligibility for charges that have already been processed under the terms of this policy.
